Hello, we are Katie O’Brien and Jeremy Gomez, the proud owners of Caring Transitions of South Aurora, CO. I, Katie, have dedicated the past decade to working in a senior living community, where I’ve seen firsthand the challenges seniors face when they must downsize after spending decades in a cherished home. Jeremy and I share a strong passion for serving others, and our personal journeys have inspired us to create a business that supports seniors during their most vulnerable transitions. Our goal is to make a positive impact by providing compassionate, tailored services that ease the stress and uncertainty of moving.

Our backgrounds have uniquely prepared us for this venture. I bring extensive experience in senior care, having formed deep connections with the elderly and understanding their unique needs and the emotional weight of change. Jeremy, who transitioned from working as a postal worker to becoming a full-time stay-at-home dad when our third child was born, has always been driven by a desire to support the people who have cared for him—especially our grandparents and other elderly family members. His dedication is rooted in a lifelong respect for those who have paved the way for us, and together we are committed to offering a trusted, empathetic resource for seniors and their families.
